Terms and Conditions for Raffle „Blockbrain Ledger Nano X Giveaway“

1 Scope of General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the participation for the “Blockbrain Ledger Nano X Giveaway” raffle. 

The raffle is not connected with the social media service Twitter, LinkedIn or Discord and is carried out solely by the raffle organiser (“Organiser”).

2 Raffle Organizer

3 Prize

3.1 The prize of this raffle is a Ledger Nano X. A total of 99 winners will be drawn from the participants in the raffle using a random generator on our livestream, each of whom will receive a Ledger Nano X as a prize. 

3.2 The prize cannot be substituted or paid out in cash. 

4 Conditions of Participation

4.1 Participation in the raffle is free of charge.

4.2 Participation requires: 

1) the registration of the participant via E-mail/Google/Twitter/GitHub accounts on the website: rewards.theblockbrain.ai

2) the verification of the respective e-mail address

4.3 Once a participant fulfills the requirements of section 4.2, he/she/they participate with one raffle ticket. 

4.4 Participants may obtain additional raffle tickets through these actions:

1) For the connection of the participant’s Twitter account with the website twitter.com, the participant receives one more raffle ticket.

2) For following the Organiser on Twitter (@blockbrainAI) with the participant’s Twitter account, the participant receives one more raffle ticket.

3) Referring the “Blockbrain Ledger Nano X Giveaway” raffle to third parties. For each, the participant receives one more raffle ticket. The maximum number of tickets each participant can have is 10.

4) For signing up using a referral link from another participant, the new participant receives one additional raffle ticket.

5) For providing consent to receive email updates, the participant receives one more raffle ticket.

4.5 The conditions set out in section 4.2 must be maintained for the duration of the raffle.

4.6 Participation by any means other than that intended for participation (section 4.2.) is excluded and will not be taken into account.

4.7 Only adult natural persons are entitled to participate. Minors require the consent of their legal guardian to participate.

4.8 Participation via third parties, e.g. raffle companies or associations, is excluded. 

4.9 Employees of the Organiser are excluded from participating in the raffle.

4.10 Each participant is only entitled to participate in the raffle once. The participation of one person using different social media accounts is excluded. 

4.11 In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions of participation, the participant will be excluded from the raffle. 

4.12 Each participant is only entitled to win one prize. After a participant becomes a raffle winner with one ticket, the remaining raffle tickets of that winner will be excluded.

5 Term of Raffle, Announcement and Notification of Winners

5.1 The raffle will commence on 16 December 2022 and will run for a period of 33 days. The deadline for participation is 18 January 2023 (11:59pm CET).

5.2 Within 3 days after the participation deadline, the winners will be drawn, and their social media names will be announced on the Organiser’s social media page.

5.3 Following notification of the winners on the Organiser’s social media page, the winners will be notified by email. The winner will then provide the Organiser with the address required to send the prize. The shipment will be made at the expense of the Organiser. 

5.4 If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 30 days of receiving the prize notification, the claim to the prize will lapse.

6 Data Protection

6.1 The personal data collected in the course of the raffle (e-mail address; Twitter/Discord account name and, in the event of winning, the name of the participant and the shipping address) will be stored electronically and will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting this raffle. The data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.

6.2 As a person affected by the processing of personal data, you are entitled to the rights pursuant to Chapter 3 GDPR. Accordingly, a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and a right to object. 

7 Legal Proceedings

Legal proceedings are excluded.
