Your role as Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at Blockbrain, you will be the central bridge between our product, key account management and the IT team. The TPM team is currently the most dynamic team at Blockbrain – this is where everything comes together! You will be part of a department with clear responsibilities and defined processes. We are looking for someone who understands, consistently implements and refines our proven processes. In this fast-paced environment, you need the ability to fit into existing structures and apply them efficiently to ensure the success of our clients.

Our TPM team is brand new! We founded it at the beginning of 2025 to create a clear structure between technology and customer support. As part of this dynamic team, you will work directly with our founding team and Head of TPM – in a team that is growing fast and implementing already established processes.

Your tasks

Technical project management and customer integrations

  • Planning and coordination of customer integrations
  • Creation of project plans with clear schedules and resource allocation
  • Development and implementation of QA processes and go-live tests

Cross-team coordination & support management

  • Networking between Key Account Management, Product & Dev
  • Proactive identification and resolution of project-related obstacles
  • Collection and translation of customer feedback into technical specifications for the development team
  • Prioritization and tracking of support tickets related to customer implementations
  • Moderation of escalation processes for technical problems

Documentation and knowledge transfer

  • Creation and maintenance of technical project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of technical guidelines for recurring integration scenarios
  • Ensuring the transfer of knowledge between projects for continuous process improvement

Your profile

Your experience & knowledge

You have the technical understanding and communication skills to mediate between developers and customers. As an ideal candidate, you combine project management expertise with a feel for customer needs.

  • Professional background: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable fields – your academic foundation gives you the necessary basis
  • AI affinity: You have already worked with LLMs and prompt engineering and understand how to unlock the potential of these technologies for customers
  • Startup DNA: You feel at home in dynamic tech environments – you love it when not every day is the same
  • Agile methodology: You are familiar with Scrum, Kanban and tools such as Jira/ClickUp and know how to drive projects forward in a structured way
  • Fluency: You communicate fluently in German and English and adapt your communication style depending on the person you are talking to
