Your role

With a clear focus on talent acquisition, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting and employer branding to onboarding and retention. Working closely with our Director of People & Culture, the founders, and senior management, you will identify, attract, and retain top talent who contribute to our high-performance culture.

Your responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition

  • Development and optimization of the entire recruiting process (scorecards and interview frameworks)
  • Ownership of all operational recruiting initiatives (GTM & Tech)
  • Management of the hiring funnel: from sourcing to offer acceptance (Greenhouse)
  • Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
  • Further development of the ATS (Personio/Deel)
  • You don’t miss trends — you use data-driven insights to make better hiring decisions (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, retention, etc.).

2) Employer Branding

  • Support in establishing our employer brand as a top employer in the AI sector
  • Recruitment marketing via social media, career page, events
  • Visibility on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Kununu, and other relevant platforms

3) Onboarding

  • Establishing scalable onboarding processes, tracking onboarding success
  • Welcome experiences: buddy programs, structured first weeks

4) Talent Retention

  • Development of retention strategies
  • Support with performance management (e.g., probation, performance reviews)
  • Pulse checks and exit interviews
  • Collaboration with People Ops on benefits and engagement

Your profile

1) Professional skills

  • Proven Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a senior recruiting role – ideally in fast-growing environments (tech/SaaS, startups/scaleups).
  • Talent Acquisition: You have successfully filled GTM and tech positions.
  • Sourcing skills: Active sourcing is part of your daily business.
  • Recruiting Processes: You can not only establish recruiting structures, but also make them scalable and efficient.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Smooth onboarding of new employees is important to you. You have experience in developing and scaling onboarding processes.
  • Tech: You are comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, Greenhouse, Deel, and international job platforms.
  • High Quality Bar: You have gained experience in high-talent-density environments and can successfully apply this experience.
  • Data: KPIs are your tool—whether in Excel or similar tools, you know how to interpret and use numbers.

  • Results-oriented: You work with a focus on KPIs and always keep an eye on the quality of hire.
  • Strong communication skills: You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
