Your role

You will build Blockbrain Academy from the ground up and develop scalable enablement structures for our 10x-100x growth potential. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will create a sustainable ecosystem that empowers partners, customers, and internal teams.

Partner- and customer-led growth requires excellent enablement. You make complex AI technology accessible and ensure that every stakeholder quickly becomes productive.

Your responsibilities

1) Blockbrain Academy (LMS)

  • Building the Academy on TalentLMS, Teachable, or similar platforms.
  • Role-based learning paths, certification programs, video tutorials
  • Live Enablement: Office Hours, Partner Workshops

2) In-Platform Onboarding & Self-Service

  • Progressive onboarding flows and use case template marketplace
  • Sandbox environment, tooltips, guided tours
  • Close collaboration with Product for an optimal user experience

3) Partner Enablement

  • Multi-level certification program (White, Green, Black Belts)
  • Partner Playbooks, Sales Decks, Co-Marketing Assets
  • Onboarding and ongoing support for partners such as IONOS, Stackit, Roland Berger, EY, Adesso, and others

4) Knowledge Base & Support

  • Searchable knowledge base and AI-powered support bot
  • Implementation & Distribution Playbooks and Technical Documentation

Your profile

1) Technical

  • 3-6 years of experience in product enablement, customer education, or L&D—ideally B2B SaaS
  • LMS experience: TalentLMS, Teachable, or similar.
  • Content skills: video production, technical documentation, curriculum design
  • Tech affinity: Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, AI/GenAI

2) Personal

  • Teaching talent: Explaining complex technology in simple terms
  • Hands-on & startup DNA: You roll up your sleeves and feel at home in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills: Fluent in German and English
  • Self-starter: Independent, proactive, structured
