Your role

Wir suchen einen ehrgeizigen Problemlöser und ergebnisorientierten Client Success Manager & Solution Expert, um Beziehungen zu unseren wertvollsten Kunden, hauptsächlich mittelständischen Unternehmen in der DACH-Region, zu pflegen und auszubauen. Du wirst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei spielen, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen vorzuschlagen, umfangreiches Produktwissen zu nutzen und den Erfolg der Kunden mit unserer KI-Plattform sicherzustellen.

Your tasks

Strategie & Konzeption

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung einer ganzheitlichen Marketing-, Kommunikations- und PR-Strategie.
  • Aufbau einer klaren Markenpositionierung und Botschaft für unsere Zielgruppen.

Operative Umsetzung

  • Hands-on-Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen (Content-Erstellung, Kampagnen, Website, SEO, Social Media etc.).
  • Steuerung und Koordination von unterstützendem Personal (z. B. Interns, Offshore-Kollegen) sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern.

Kanalmanagement & Testing

  • Identifikation, Aufbau und ständige Optimierung relevanter Kommunikations- und Marketingkanäle (z. B. LinkedIn, Website, PR-Plattformen).
  • Hypothesengestützte Tests und datengetriebene Entscheidungen, um schnell herauszufinden, wo unsere Botschaften am besten wirken.

Content & Materialien

  • Entwicklung und Pflege einer durchgängigen Content-Strategie: Blogartikel, Social Media Posts, Whitepapers, One-Pager, Sales-Unterlagen, Pitch-Decks usw.
  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Website (inkl. SEO).

Abstimmung mit Vertrieb & Partnern

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales-Team und dem Partner-Management, um gemeinsame Marketing- und PR-Maßnahmen zu entwickeln.
  • Bereitstellung von passenden Marketing- und Vertriebsinhalten für unsere Partner.

Wachstum & Führung

  • Mit steigendem Erfolg, Übernahme von Leadership-Aufgaben und Aufbau eines eigenen Marketing-Teams.

Your profile

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in marketing, communications or PR, ideally in a B2B tech, SaaS or startup environment.
  • Generalist: You have mastered the entire spectrum of marketing – from strategic planning to operational implementation.
  • Analytical thinking: You make decisions based on data and insights.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent German and English language skills and a convincing manner.
  • Hands-on mentality: You are prepared to work independently and pragmatically in a seed phase.
  • Tech affinity: You have an interest in AI, SaaS or data-driven technologies.
  • Organizational talent: You structure projects confidently and meet deadlines.
