Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, focusing on mid-sized enterprises in the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing our go-to-market strategy, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Blockbrain’s bottom-up approach for the DACH market.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on key performance indicators.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Oversee the creation of tailored sales pitches and presentations for different target groups and
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the knowledge management space.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations and partner management team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions for clients.
Your Profile
You’re a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B software sales and a deep understanding of the DACH Mittelstand market. Your strategic mindset and ability to close complex deals set you apart as an A+ player.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales management, preferably in the software industry.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Deal Closing: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a bonus.
