💡 Your Role
We are seeking an ambitious problem solver and results-driven Key Account Manager & Solution Consultant to manage and grow relationships with our most valuable clients, primarily mid-sized enterprises in the DACH region. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, leveraging extensive product knowledge and ensuring client success with our AI platform.
📝 Responsibilities
- Client Relations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and C-levels in medium-to-large enterprises.
- Solution Consulting
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and pain points to propose tailored Blockbrain solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for key clients.
- Strategic Sales
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals using Blockbrain’s AI tools to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with product and marketing teams to ensure effective positioning of Blockbrain’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Blockbrain’s product developments to provide strategic advice to clients.
🎓 Your Profile
You’re a seasoned key account manager and a data-driven problem solver with a proven track record in B2B SaaS/industry sales. Your ability to understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions sets you apart as an A+ player.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in key account management or solution consulting roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS or tech industry. Strong understanding of the DACH Mittelstand market and business culture.
- Communication: Excellent German and English communication skills.
- Solution Design: Demonstrated ability to understand business challenges and design tailored solutions using technology platforms.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in selling complex, high-value technology solutions with sales cycles of 2-3 months.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with knowledge management, process automation, or related technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM and automation tools like Hubspot.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills to oversee the implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or relevant technical degree is a plus.
