Your role
We are looking for a talented young professional with technical understanding and strong communication skills. As a Customer Success Management intern, you will work closely with our CSMs and support them in making our key accounts (SMEs & enterprises) successful.
You will develop, test and document precise LLM prompts and design AI workflows that work measurably in the customer’s everyday life. You will work closely with our core team, be involved in real projects from day 1 and combine linguistic-analytical thinking with solid technical understanding. No research island – you work hands-on, evidence-based and results-oriented.
This role is your springboard to building in-depth product knowledge and developing into a permanent employee.
Your responsibilities
- Develop prompts: clear, context-rich input for different use cases.
- Ensure quality: Analyze responses, perform A/B tests, derive improvements.
- Document patterns: Maintain do’s & don’ts, edge cases and single source of truth.
- Fine-tuning with the team: tailoring prompts to specific customer requirements.
- Support testing: Check classification, analysis or research workflows.
- Optional: Introduce low/no-code prototypes (e.g. n8n, Microsoft Power Automate) or small scripts.

- Tech affinity: You are not afraid of new software. Experience with no-code tools, CRM systems, or process automation is a big plus. You understand how APIs and LLMs work and have already applied them in your studies, projects, or career. You have a solid foundation in digital tools, data, and automation. You don’t have to be a developer, but you are confident in following technical logic and workflows. Structured, careful, confidential way of working (evidence before opinion: you back up improvements with tests).
- Solution orientation: You don’t think in terms of problems, but in terms of solutions. When a customer has a challenge, you keep tinkering until the workflow is in place.
- Organizational skills: You can juggle several tasks at once and work in a structured and conscientious manner, even during stressful periods.Organizational skills: You can juggle several tasks at once and work in a structured and conscientious manner, even during stressful periods.
