Position Overview:

The Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand Blockbrain’s market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of AI and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies:

  • Identify and research potential partnership opportunities in the DACH region, developing comprehensive strategies to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships that drive revenue through the partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with Blockbrain’s business objectives.

Manage Partner Relationships:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Offer strategic advice to partners, help them identify growth goals aligned with our solutions, and respond promptly to information requests to ensure partner satisfaction.

Drive Business Growth:

  • Leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with partners to capitalize on them.

Coordinate Marketing and Sales Efforts:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop joint initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources and support to promote Blockbrain’s solutions.

Monitor and Report on Partnership Performance:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze partnership outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI and enterprise software solutions, with experience using CRM software and partner relationship management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
